Welfare is a needed program. Don't be an idiot and say it's not. Yeah, sure people should work for their money, but don't be ignorant and think it's easy for everybody to do. Some people just need the money, and they can't get a job for whatever reason.
People call Welfare a handout, but to be honest, we wouldn't want a family to be out on the street! So give it a rest.
